Mark’s experience in real estate goes back decades and spans the entire U.S. A California real estate broker for 15 years, Mark founded and ran several companies, including sales and property management firms for independent investors across California. In addition to his work in real estate, Mark has more than 20 years of executive management and startup experience in global enterprise software.
Mikael has a 20-year experience in financial technology for lenders and asset managers. He was a Managing Director at Moody’s Analytics for 15 years working across banking and real estate technology groups. He worked as business lead for acquisitions and investments, taking Moody’s into the data, regulatory technology and real estate analytics businesses. He has had many roles in his career but his dedication to scaling innovative new ideas has always been his motivation.

Ben has been involved with the development of internal multifamily origination and underwriting systems for several large HUD lenders. While Ben’s background is primarily focused on HUD he has also worked in underwriting and originations for Fannie, Freddie, and CMBS. Ben was HUD MAP certified while underwriting and is now working with LendingStandard in product development.
Amanda brings over 15+ years of experience in the real estate banking industry, where she led mortgage and commercial lending and operations teams as part of executive management. After successfully leading many fintech software conversion projects and support for banks, Amanda navigated to fintech, managing both LOS implementations and advisory and customer success roles for both Ellie Mae and several startup providers. Amanda’s prior roles include senior positions for large fintech engagements, leading initiatives and process transformation for customer solutions, implementing and delivering effective consulting services for successful adoption and ongoing best practices to customers.
An established leader in customer facing operations, Ray’s over 20 year career has spanned various industries and companies from global organizations to startups. Those experiences have given him keen insights into the components necessary to ensure success for his clients from implementations and onboarding to rapid adoption and value realization, and ongoing support and business consultation.
Jim brings over 20 years of experience in fintech design, development, implementation, and sales leadership. He was instrumental in enterprise class digital and process transformation projects for some of the largest banks and financial services firms in the US and Canada. His varied experiences operating within large sales ecosystems at DST Systems (now SS&C) and Cisco will benefit LendingStandard as we expand the delivery of our services through channel partnerships.
Peter has over 25 years experience in the financing of development, construction, acquisitions, bridge loans, permanent debt, and recapitalizations of commercial real estate. In his career, Peter has originated and executed on over $5 billion in the USA, Europe, and Asia. Peter’s prior experience includes senior positions with private debt funds, banks, and life companies such as Money360, CV Capital Funding, UC Funds, Eureko Insurance Group, and Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Peter holds a Masters in Finance and is a Qualified Accountant, Chartered Tax and Financial Advisor.
Keith has been an entrepreneur for more than 25 years. For the last nine years, Keith served as founder and CEO of Balance Innovations, the leading developer of cash office management software solutions for the retail industry. Keith founded the company in 2004 and led it through its growth from a staff of five and several hundred installations to a multi-product company with more than 75 team members and 8,500 contracted installations in North America.
Gary is the CTO for Veterans United Home Loans and is a strong leader for Information Technology by setting the right organizational structure, recruitment processes, growth plans, and educational opportunities. Gary has a long history with growth oriented technology firms, has expertise in the real-estate lending market and was formerly the CTO of CARFAX.
